Our pizza is passionately handcrafted, 100% quality fare is our goal.

Neapolitan pizza is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy. It typically consists of a thin soft crust which is charred from the wood burning oven and is topped with simple, but fresh ingredients. 

The Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana(VPN) was founded in 1984 in Naples, and is used to certify pizzerias worldwide that practice the proper authentic traditions of true Neapolitan pizza.

Pie'ZA is one of 9 pizzerias in Canada, and only 4 in Ontario, to be certified by the AVPN and our pizzaiuoli are classically trained and certified by the Associazione.

Our Pizzaiuolo, Maurizio, was born and raised in Napoli. He was trained and certified at the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) in Napoli. He is regularly inscribed at the AVPN Pizza Maker Register.
